365 BTS AB is a personnel rental company active since 2016. Our office is located in Stockholm, and we provide services to industrial and manufacturing clients in the Stockholm area.

We are now looking for an engaged and driven maintenance technician who wants to ensure stable, efficient, and well-functioning production for our clients. At our company, you will work closely with production and become a key part of daily operations. You will have significant responsibility while collaborating closely with colleagues and production staff to solve problems, improve processes, and prevent downtime.

About the role

As a maintenance technician at 365 BTS AB, you will handle both corrective and preventive maintenance for our industrial clients. The machinery at our clients' sites is modern and technically advanced, making the role both varied and developmental.

The work includes, among other things:

• Inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment at client sites
• Maintaining machinery, buildings, and pellet boilers
• Working with preventive maintenance and contributing to better structure and routines
• Participating in and driving continuous improvement work together with production

You are expected to take responsibility for ensuring the work is done thoroughly and that production runs as smoothly as possible.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is technically knowledgeable, solution-oriented, and enjoys practical work. You take initiative, are curious, and have a drive to understand how things work and how they can be improved.

We look for you to have:

• A high school education with a technical focus or equivalent work experience
• Work experience in mechanics, electrical, and/or automation
• Knowledge of PLC programming and control systems is a plus
• Ability to communicate well in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing
• A valid driver's license (Category B) (as you travel between different work sites in the Stockholm area)

Previous experience in an industrial environment is an advantage, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
